The following pages include information necessary to properly complete the registration process. Please ensure that you have read and understand all instructions on each page before moving to the next section.
Please note that while we appreciate research of all kinds, our conference is intended to showcase undergraduate involvement in academic research. For this reason, we ask that all faculty research submissions focus on this exclusively.
Only presentations pertaining to undergraduate involvement in research or how this involvement contributes to the undergraduate experience, etc., can be accepted.
Research presentations must follow these guidelines to be accepted for the Undergraduate Research Conference:
1. Presentations must be at least 15 minutes in length and cannot exceed 25 minutes.
2. Audio/visual needs for the presentation should be specified when completing the registration form on the conference website.
3. Presenter should arrive/be prepared to present 10 minutes prior to designated time slot.
Note: All faculty authors must register, attend the conference, and present their paper in order for their paper to be published in the Conference Proceedings.
Every presentation must also include a summary abstract of 300 words or less, which will be included in the conference program. (To be submitted on the individual registration form.)
