Honors student volunteers helped at the Honors booth this year recruiting students to the Honors Program and getting other students in the program to visit with the volunteers and new prospective students. Overall, a total of 8 student volunteers came to help, and Reese Benoit, the Honors Board Chair for the Events committee took time out to come assist as well. We thank all of our Honors volunteers for their hard work and committment to helping advance the program through inviting more promising students on board. Go team!
Also, the Quiz Bowl team was out and proud displaying its trophies and attracting bright students that wish to compete. Over 10 signed up this year, and with work and through the fun of academic competition, the team will be champs once again. We congratulate all those that have decided to participate, and we hope you enjoy your experience.
We hope all our students have a great semester.
