Registration

Please read before registering

  • ALL conference presenters must register online before the registration deadline.
  • We cannot guarantee presentation space or food accommodations for individuals who are not registered by the designated deadline.

  • Please note that all style and presentation guidelines will be provided on the following pages of the registration process. Follow the links as indicated to complete the process in full.

  • Those submitting research to present have the option to be published online in our E-Journal proceedings.

  • A “Publication” link will be provided during the registration process to indicate specific guidelines for Extended Abstract submissions.


Registration Instructions

There are two separate forms that make up the registration process:

1. A registration form will be presented via our conference website where presenters will be asked to provide details of their research. Guests and Faculty who are not presenting will skip the conference registration on this website and will follow a link to our EventBrite portal for payment.

  • Each presenter will be able to submit the conference registration form once. Duplicate submissions will not be accepted.
  • All presenters, even those presenting as a group, must register themselves individually.

2. Upon completing the individual registration form, presenters will then be directed to EventBrite’s online portal for payment.

  • Guests attending the Friday night banquet will be brought directly to EventBrite’s payment portal.

  • There is a $20 registration fee that is due upon registering for the conference. Payment can be made through our online EventBrite portal. (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover are accepted.)

  • Please note that payments may be made separately or in groups, but all presenters must first register themselves on the conference website individually.

  • ALL PRESENTERS must pay this fee, as well as any guests attending Friday night’s banquet. *

  • Only non-presenting guests who will not attend the banquet (and LAMP/McNair Scholars) are exempt from this fee. *

  • The registration process is finalized when you have completed our online form and when your registration fee has been paid.

  • You will receive a confirmation email when your registration form has been successfully submitted. (If you fail to receive an email, contact URC@louisiana.edu.) A separate confirmation will be sent via email after payment has been made through the EventBrite portal.

*Guests who will not be presenting and also will NOT attend Friday’s dinner, do NOT need to pay or complete any of our online forms.
