Poster Guidelines
Research posters must follow these guidelines to be accepted for the Undergraduate Research Conference:

Posters must be in Landscape format (horizontal)

Any references used must be listed on the poster

Author(s), abstracts, university, and other defining information must be legibly displayed on the poster.

Graphics/figures should be referenced

Students must present on their poster in their designated virtual room.

You will need to download Microsoft Teams application if you do not have the software.

Please only use the full Teams software installed on a laptop. Do not use the version on a phone or other device or the one through a browser to attend the conference to help avoid technical issues.

Further helpful guides about Microsoft Teams will be sent prior to the conference to help guide presenters.
Guideline Notes:
Every student submitting a research poster must include a summary abstract of 300 words or less, which will be included in the conference program. (To be submitted on the individual registration form.)

Publishing with an Extended Abstract
Any research submitted is also given the option to be published in our online E-Journal proceedings. Extended Abstract submissions for publishing in the online journal are not the same as the 300-word summary.
